Lesson 60. Making Postcards

A postcard or post card is a rectangular piece of thick paper or thin cardboard intended for writing and mailing without an envelope. Non-rectangular shapes may also be used. There are novelty exceptions, such as wooden postcards, copper postcards sold in the Copper Country of the U.S. state of Michigan, and coconut "postcards" from tropical islands. Sending postcards to friends, family, or loved ones during travel can be a great way to show your affection, as well as giving people an idea of where you are.

Lesson 58. Past Simple, Continuous, Perfect Tenses

Граматика уроку (повторення):

Past Simple описує минулі події що відбулися лише раз, або були регулярними.

Past Continuous висвітлює минулі події, які зайняли певний проміжок часу, або якщо паралельно відбулась ще якась подія.

Past Perfect описує результат у минулому, який ми отримали раніше, ніж сталося щось ще.

The film review is a popular way for critics to assess a film’s overall quality and determine whether or not they think the film is worth recommending. Film reviews differ from scholarly film articles in that they encompass personal and reactions to and evaluations of a film, as well as objective analyses of the film’s formal techniques and thematic content.
